A Look At New 3-d Cover Art For The Signal

Not sure how many of you saw The Signal, but I didn't dig it as much as I wanted to. The first film was fantastic and scary, the second takes an Evil Dead 2 twist into humor, and the third just sorta languishes out there. I would own it, though... definitely worth checking out. Not sure about this cover art though.

That first one looks like they're selling it as a WB-esque late 90's PG-13 horror film.

I had the same reaction you did, Alex. Liked the first segment quite a bit, and then it kind of loses its way. I'm interested in what these guys come up with next, though.

Yeah, even though it's three parts, this felt like half of a fun, scary movie.

Same. Although I thought that the second segment was hysterical at parts. My biggest problem with the film is that the third segment seemed to take brief moment of "what's really going on here?" from the second and tried to spin the whole story around it.

But there's some quality stuff here. That beginning is absolutely fucking terrifying... loved it.
