Just scored this at my local Best Buy for $9.99

Figured it was a good pickup. 2 movies for 9.99 is usually always good to grab. What do you guys all think about these little flicks?

hey. did you notice if they had any more of the anchor bay drive in discs for that price?

They have them all at $9.99. I picked up "Initiation/Mountaintop motel massacre" today.

Fade to Black is among my favorite movies ever (see my name).

Hell Night is great, too.

I'd still die for a better Fade to Black disc though. But I'm not sure what exactly could be put on it.

Checked my Best Buy, and not all of these were priced at $9.99 - some of the double features were tagged $14.99. So I checked another Best Buy, same thing.

EDIT:

Turns out some of the double feature DVDs have a MSRP of $14.98 - selling at Best Buy for $9.99. And others have a MSRP of $19.98 - selling for $14.99.

So it just happened that the one I wanted was the higher MSRP.

I just watched Fade to Black, and I gotta say...

I liked it. There are some huge plot holes (noboby witnessed him in his Dracula and Mummy outfits but somehow the police know...?). I liked the characters and the plot. Plus it was fun to see Mickey Rourke so young. Also I think I recognized Dennis Christopher from Breaking Away. Plus Tim Thomerson was fairly young also. And great cover art too... But those plot holes are big enough to drive a truck through... Norman Burton (Bloodsport) who plays the Marilyn Monroe look alike is beautiful but she has the tiniest A-cups I've ever seen.
