Imagine what that must have sounded like.

You mean other than the one driving the car? But the picture is really amazing. I look forward to it being the newest addition to the internet's various pwned pictures.

I know it's horrible, but I keep wanting to say, "Sorry!" in Niko's voice.

Did the one in green win then?

I would have guessed the Texas Bike race spoiler to be Lance Armstrong, but something tells me he doesn't have the ball.

I see Teddy Kennedy has recuperated nicely from surgery.

"No you idiot, it's how many mexicans can fit IN a car!"

Universal Pictures films some late pick-up shots of Machine Gun Joe Viterbo for Death Race (2008).

Found a better pic from a hardcore biker friend. What the other one doesn't show is the police cruiser just to the right:

I smell Transformers 2 second unit.

It's hard to pick a favorite flying cyclist, but the one furthest to the right with his arms raisin' the roof is pretty good.

He's my favorite too. It makes it better if you imagine him yelling "Weeeeeee!!".

It looks like the parade scene from Animal House, where Dean Wormer, Mrs. Wormer and the mayor all go flying up in the air when Bluto and D-Day drive into the bleachers. All that's missing is Kevin Bacon running down the street screaming, "ALL IS WEEEELLLL! ALL IS WEEEELLL!!"

Man, border patrol is brutal.

Hahahaha. That cracked me up on the outside.

And on the inside too. Admit it.

Wait, with a police escort, how does the cop NOT stop somebody from plowing head on into a group of cyclists? WTF was he doing? WHAT IF IT HAD BEEN THE TERRORISTS!?!?
Maybe it was Transformers Gun Shirt Guy behind the wheel after being forced to change. He was probably aiming for the cop car that looks like Barricade.
He wasn't wearing a transformers Tshirt. They are trained to spot potential threads.

Repeat the mantra... "You ride WITH the flow of traffic, not against it."

If only these folks would've kept their bikes on the sidewalk, like Mom always said...

I did not read that in the article. They actually do not mention the nationality of the driver.

All that picture needs is the Benny Hill closing theme music to make it perfect.
That driver is going to hate himself in the morning. The 7 pin is hardest to pick up for the spare.

Winner! I had an idea for a bowling joke, but I couldn't quite get it to work.

Someone please do this, I'm begging you. Attach a soundfile somehow, anything, please.

And I've been hit by a car, and I still can't stop clicking on that picture and laughing.

I'd have gone with the theme from ET, myself.

The driver was Mexican. And drunk. And possibly fleeing from police.

This ain't the fucking Darwin Awards, these guys weren't doing anything wrong, and at least two of 'em are dead.
I would have finished off with "Cartoon physics were found to be in effect."

That's exactly what I was thinking. It makes it, almost beautiful in a way.

Or you could go with hilarious, and look at it from the driver's point of view, then cue the Curb Your Enthusiasm theme.

Oh, I've been going for the hilarious - which is why I can't keep away from this thread.

Don't worry, everyone, I'll bring snacks and magazines for the train ride to Hell.
