In a nutshell, the game was basically made using some free point-and-click adventure game maker and liberally uses "borrowed" elements from Oblivion, Diablo, Thief, and a host of other games -- screenshots of 3D environments used as 2D backgrounds.

The game's American distributor has pulled it, but it's apparently still available in England. I'm almost tempted to get a copy just to play the "Where Else Did They Steal From?" game.
