MCP Review: Roogoo

I saw you playing this the other day (ZOMG, e-stalking!) and was thinking, "what the fuck is a Roogoo?" Sounds interesting. Do you only control the next disc to be passed through? If the block moves slow enough, it seems like you could set up a bunch of discs then go back to deal with problems as they arise.

Yeah, you only control one disc at a time. When it passes through the hole you control the next one. It gets tricky when you start hitting discs that speed up the blocks, and have to rotate the next one in literally a split-second to line everything up.

Also, sometimes blocks will start stacking up on top of various discs, because some require a stack of a certain height for them to pass through. When you get to the final one and finish off a shape it makes things much easier, since you'll only have to worry about the other shapes falling.

Try the demo out to get a feel of it, but don't think that it's a good representation of the game. They only include the first few levels which are really only training levels.... they should have thrown one of the later ones in to show off how hectic shit gets.

True, you reallty have to adjust tothe disk speed and time your moves
