After watching his shot from that bunker on 15, I'm wondering if Tiger really was abducted by aliens as an infant. Jesus what a match.
I wish I could watch it - following along online at work. The end was insane last night.

I haven't seen Tiger wince once today. Guess the pain in the knee is taking a backseat.

It's a great face-off. Mediate is putting up a great fight, and Tiger is, well, ya know . .

And yeah, the final yesterday was electric.

Been sneaking glimpses from the live feed online, that putt that Tiger barely missed on 16 was amazing.

Yeah, almost as crazy as that shot from the bunker.

Where do you find a live feed online? I'm listening to ESPN radio and 'f5'ing the Live Blog on ESPN.

Mediate goes tee-->bunker-->gallery, may have just choked it away.

what a shitty lie.
Hard to call anything a choke at this point. Both have played amazingly well. I am kind of pulling for Rocco, just a little. Great underdog story.
He's better off than he looked though.
Turned it on just in time to see Mediate miss that putt. Ouch.
He missed? So it's over? Update faster, liveblog!

Tiger . .yet again. Poor Rocco; such a great attitude in the face of defeat.
Yup. Woods has it. Mediate seems a little stunned. He said something like "he's so hard to beat."
Had to admit I was pulling for Rocco. He should not be ashamed at all with what he accomplished. What an amazing tournament.

Shots of Tiger's wife with that "looks like I get another shopping spree" look.

Mediate is such an everyman that I was pulling for him hard, and he played a great game. Can't wait to see where he goes from here.

Way to waste our time, Rocco. Thanks for making a nation believe in you for nothing. See ya on the back of a Trivial Pursuit question, you fraud of a man.

Ya gotta love a guy that challenges Jim Rome to a fight.

It's all your fault, you jinxed him.
I am usually the type of guy who roots for the underdog, but I never find myself rooting against Tiger. Especially this time, when he didn't really have it, when he was really pushed; just to see him gut it out was fun and different.

Last year's Open, you could see he just wasn't going to pull it out in the final round, even though he had a putt to send it into Monday. This year didn't have quite that sinking feeling, but there was more doubt than I can remember in a major he ended up winning. Plus, the knee. I don't buy into all the melodramatic crap the announcers say, but I did feel like I was watching history. Well, golf history, anyway.

And, although I am sure it's little consolation to him, Rocco's performance here will probably be remembered just as much as, say, Cabrera's win at Oakmont.
Rocco will live on in countless Tiger Woods documentaries and retrospectives for years to come.

And yeah, Woods has got enough will-power to drop kick Hal Jordan into the sun.

Tiger is out for the year with a torn ACL and 2 stress fractures in his left leg. It just makes what he did the weekend all the more amazing. Paul Azinger is crying somewhere as we speak he is out for the Ryder Cup as well.

Hopefully he recovers fully I really want to see him destroy ever record out there.
Hope they don't have to amputate the leg. Though it probably wouldn't faze Tiger. He'd just hollow it out and use it as a putter.

Amen. Anyone that says golfing is for pussies and lazy people needs to shut their whore mouths.

BTW, was Paul Azinger the little bitch that quit after he sprained his wrist?
