This might be the silliest thing I've seen in awhile. And neither the plaintiff nor her lawyer seem to be the sharpest tools in the shed...

They actually had a brief interview with them on MSNBC yesterday. The woman was overhyping what the damage was to her, saying her eye was "constantly red" when it was pretty obvious it, um, wasn't, and when asked what she felt was a fair compensation for her injury she floundered and finally dove behind her lawyer.

They must have been making the NBC rounds because they were on the Today Show also. Viera kept pushing for the monetary damages amount but the lawyer (who must be a relatively new ambulance chaser, from the look and sound of it) not-so-gracefully dodged the question for an excruciating amount of time.
