You are not, since I will second that Clutch kicks major ass. Thanks for the heads-up.

No. No you're not.

I will take this time to announce that the first person to get me a non-suckass copy of Guild of Mute Assassins has my undying admiration. And maybe oral.

I just saw them a few months ago in Portland and it's one of the best shows I've ever seen.

Been lucky enough to catch them 3 times and they have yet to disappoint. Flat out fantastic live act.

Niiiice. Thanks for the news.

Fellow Clutch fan reporting in. I just saw them with Coheed and Cambria a few months ago, and it was a kick ass show.

As for Guild of Mute Assassins, you can get it off of Itunes on Slow Hole To China. I think they still sell that at their shows sometimes, too.

Ah you lucky bastard. I had tickets to the Clutch/Coheed show in Worchester Mass at the Palladium back in November but ended up not being able to go. Luckily I caught Clutch when they came about a month later locally with Priestess, who were ok, but I would have much rather seen then with Coheed.

I've got (and really, really like) From Beale Street to Oblivion. Where do I go from here?
Everywhere. Haha.

Seriously, though. If you dig beale street, i would check out Elephant Riders, their second self titled release, and Blast Tyrant. BT is one of my favorite albums of all time.

Their earlier stuff is goo,d but waaaay different.

Oh! And Slow Hole to China. And Jam Room.

Save yourself some trouble, and if it says Clutch, buy it.

Elephant Riders was my introduction to Clutch. Fucking awesome band.

Clutch is fucking great. I went to the Clutch/Coheed in Worcester MA. They were so much better than Coheed and the emo crowd didn't really know how to react to real rock and roll.

If you love Clutch the Nail Fallon has a side project called The Company Band with Jess Margera of CKY and James Rota of Fireball Ministry. Great ban as well.

I was late in the game in regards to Clutch, my introduction being Robot Hive / Exodus. I love Elephant Riders and Blast Tyrant.

I don't listen to their kind of music, but live they were quite entertaining, which was my introduction to them. I won't listen to an album, but I'd see them again.
