That article is utter crap. I bet most of the Shaq albums aren't even in print anymore. As far as I can tell, and I didn't look very hard, none of them are in print. So much 90s hip-hop is unavailable now... it's very sad. Not Shaq's garbage, that can
stay out of print (though they ought to release the instrumentals as Shaq had top-shelf producers crafting his beats). But real, honest to god good albums, buried by major labels who didn't appreciate what they had then, and don't remember it now.
