Ohhh, no. Still goes on. I saw some guy spanking off on the train no less than two years ago.

And to this day, the most bizarre thing I've seen on the subway, about five years ago, was two pizza delivery guys, clearly working at the same place going by their uniforms, stroking each other off on the train.
