It's a local LA chicken chain owned and operated by Lebanese-Armenians. Heavy on garlic but great chicken.

According to Wikipedia referencing a rant on his radio show, Carolla went to the Van Nuys location and requested his normal selection of half chicken/half steak in his wrap. The woman there refused even though the chicken wrap and steak wrap cost the same, so half portions of each shouldn't have been an issue. He drove 45 minutes to the Hollywood location where his request was met easily, then drove back and showed the woman that she didn't have to be such a bitch and put a pox on the place.

O-kay. And oddly enough I know that Van Nuys location. In fact I was just there. Of course there would've been the simple talk to the manager but it's Carolla's gas money, so what do I care?

So I stopped in after donating blood yesterday (decided to treat myself), and picked up a tri-tip wrap and a chicken tarna wrap real quick and hustled back to work before I got in trouble for taking too long a lunch break.

It wasn't until I got to my desk that I realized I had forgotten the Tapatio and the bottle I keep at work was almost empty.

I love this food, but without the Tapatio, it's just not the same.
