Question about Netflix Profiles

How does billing work in terms of additional charges with that second profile? It's the one thing I can't comprehend from the Terms of Use screen.

No charges for additional profiles. Their movies come out of the plan just like the master profile. My wife and I have separate profiles 3 movies at a time total, with 2 for me and 1 for her. It's very convenient. I'm glad they're staying.

Crap. We only have two movies at a time and we already do one for you one for me off the main profile. So nothing would be helped unless we upgraded. Guess that's what I'll end up doing.

you could set up the profiles for one at a time for each. The benefit is you don't have to keep juggling your main queue if you watch two movies in a row. I find it much easier to let her handle what she gets and when, and I'll do the same. Even though we watch almost everything together.

Who else is getting fucked by this Netflix "glitch"? I returned my movies Monday and they still haven't shipped.

I got an email saying movies were being delayed shipment, but I received mine that very day. So I'm cool. Hopefully it'll be fixed by the time I return the current two I have.

I got the same e-mail as Diva, and movies that were shipped on Wednesday came on Thursday.

Logging into Netflix's site, I keep getting the "Your Shipment Has Been Delayed" pop-up. I've been waiting for the final disc of Mad Men Season 1. I'm starting to get twitchy.

I sent some movies back Wednesday, and haven't got my email confirming Netflix's receipt of them yet. Hope it doesn't screw up the check-ins and then they say we didn't return any movies.

I got a dvd (which didn't work) but because of the shipping issues I can't report the problem. Meh.

I mailed back two discs on Monday and got their replacements Thursday.

If this is all that happens from a "major" glitch, then I have nothing to complain about.

I returned 3 DVDs on Monday and they were received but nothing was sent to me. I'm falling apart here people.

Of course this happens the week the fifth season of the Wire is released.
