I went to the new one over in Van Nuys. I've got to say, not a bad place. Especially for single bastards like myself who doesn't always want to eat out while at work.

There are a bunch of these that have popped up round my house. I've been meaning to stop in just to see what they are all about.

No, fresh is definitely a prerequisite. Easy and not fresh is a recipe for disaster.

You're right, eating seafood that isn't fresh is very unhealthy.
