Saskatchewanians is the preferred term.
Tommy Douglas was born in Scotland, raised in Manitoba but created the NDP out of the ashes of the CCF in Saskatchewan (Weyburn specifically) so the NDP can be claimed by at least two provinces and two countries.
It's actually kinda sad that people only think of Alberta as the Prairies. Saskatchewan is growing by an enormous rate and Manitoba has always been a very cool place (literally, ha ha ha, see what I did there). In fact, I'd rather live in Winnipeg or Saskatoon then Calgary but the sound post industry kinda sucks.
