A way for us to influence the new Robocop movie?

As everyone knows, there's going to be a new Robocop movie.

And as everyone knows, it's universally accepted that the Robocop story, and the Robocop character itself, doesn't even begin to compete with the Terminator character or franchise either storywise or character-wise.

But there may be a chance to fix that. I was wondering if everyone here at CHUD could contact the producers and talk with them about what they want to see in the new movie.

Maybe some much needed improvements to the character? A storyline finally on par with the Terminator movies? How about Robocop actually being able to be a match for the Terminator? Maybe something like this but on a much larger scale.

I can just imagine the studio executive's abject horror when he receives a petition from the 50,000 or so fans who are guaranteed to see the fucking film anyway despite it's quality.

It's kind of amusing these morons actually think they can influence the direction of the movie. Aronofsky's directed The Fountain, Requiem, and Pi....what have you done, oh great creater of useless online petitions?

This movement is flawed from the get-go. Robocop is ten times more interesting than Terminator. Cameron, Hamilton, Biehn, all those fucks can suck a tailpipe. Robo 4 LIFE!

Terminator never spun his gun in his hand, in the coolest fashion ever that I grew up trying to emulate with my toys but could never quite pull off. That means he loses.

I have a new petition to paint Hudson's face white, then black again, and make Mr. Popo say "Massa'" at some point. And to guarantee at least ten minutes of screen time.

This is just contacting the filmakers and letting them what elements you would personally want to see.
