Charles Krauthammer, FOX's regular Andrew Divoff/Francois Truffaut love child-looking ghoul, believes that is was Gibson who erred concerning the Bush Doctrine.

Krauthammer says Gibson the one who dun fucked up!

Quote:
Yes, Sarah Palin didn't know what it is. But neither does Charlie Gibson. And at least she didn't pretend to know -- while he looked down his nose and over his glasses with weary disdain, sighing and "sounding like an impatient teacher," as the Times noted. In doing so, he captured perfectly the establishment snobbery and intellectual condescension that has characterized the chattering classes' reaction to the mother of five who presumes to play on their stage.
There's that "fear of the educated" sentiment that one finds lurking in all GOP reasoning. Problem is I'm detecting that all over the damn place more and more.

I swear, I thought I had something nailed down not too long ago, until post-Palin America forced me to rethink it. I reasoned that the Git-R-Done shitkicker comedy phenonemon was the bottle topper on just how much ignorant redneckery a sane nation could ingest and remain capable. (Or at least operate at a functionally retarded level!)

Since when have old, white, christian men been able to derisively refer to the establishment? You are the establishment, you lying piece of shit.

Yes, that's what she's saying. But, the problem is that the McCain campaign is trying to present her as always having been against earmarks when, clearly as both a mayor and a governor she tried to get as many of them as she could.

That's what makes it so frustrating, she's now claiming to have a moral objection to all earmarks when in both her previous executive capacities she seemed quite fond of them.

She kinda comes off as a bitch... er... "obnoxious asshole", doesn't she?

I love her hand gestures, it's as if she's wringing the note cards out of her memory.

Is anybody else in crisis? Like, you can't tell whether you're angry because you're a closet misogynist, or because you're a feminist reacting to a cynical, exploitative perversion of feminism?

Quoted just because.

I feel comfortable because I felt the exact same outrage over Candidate Bush.

Nope. I would dislike Palin just as much if she were a man. I don't care that she's a woman. I care that she's incompetent.

My overall impression is that she did bad but not bad enough to sway the people who are in the tank over her.

Nope. Palin having a vagina? So what. She's still completely unqualified and stands against everything I believe in. Her gender doesn't make me feel any guilt over dislking her. I don't care if she's man, woman, or tranny.

She's Bush in a dress.

It's not Palin herself, but her defenders who are pissing me off.

Either way, closeted misogynist or feminist, if American women elevate Sarah Palin as an exemplar of American women, I think I might register with the gays.

Yep, been banging my head in the wall arguing with my dad over the phone about whether or not the speech was bad.

He is right though, you would think the guy who coined the term would know something about it.
