Replacement DVD Box Set Box

So I borrowed Season 1 of Battlestar Galactica from a friend and my toddler managed to get a hold of the box itself and inflicted some damage to it... minor crinkles/creases, but still, damage. Does anyone know if you can order replacement boxes for something like that? I sent an email to the Universal store, even though it hadn't been purchased through them. They didn't answer my question. Just turned me away since I hadn't purchased the set from them. I'm not sure who else to contact, if anyone.

Any ideas?? I don't really want to spend $45 to replace it, but I don't intend to return it damaged either.

I doubt you'll have any luck through the studio. I think it's partially due to them not wanting to deal with the hassle, and possibly some sort of piracy concern.

Every once in a while there are empty boxes for stuff like that on eBay though(from people who ditch the DVD boxes, the crazy fucks!), so that's worth a look.

Or you may just have to buy the season, and become the proud owner of a slightly crinkled season 1 of Battlestar.
