That was a little boy?

Layin' on the 'sincerity' a bit thick there, Fox. Hahahaha.

"He might actually see this interview."

"... he might? (better get it over with here then...) I will gladly accept your rose IF I see you again (fat chance)."
Can someone explain this: "What all of us did after a hard day at work is go drink at Chili's," Fox deadpans during a press conference for the film Friday. "We drank a lot. To stay in shape, I didn't have the motivation to work out after we would shoot a 16-hour day. So, whatever happens to me.."--Thanks

Kodak offers $5000 to hook up "Rose Boy" with Megan Fox

Doesn't say anything about Ms. Fox signing off on this. So maybe he's in for a double heartbreak.

You know Brian Austin Green is just waiting to kick that kid's ass.

As one of the commenters puts it, "Yeah, suddenly the whole heteronormative narrative isn't working so well."

He used the infamous shot as his profile pic. Awesome.

That kid's 11? What? Bah.

Parents must have gone to the Sarah Palin school of naming your kids in dumbass ways to try and be "unqiue". Ergo, they should be shot.

That kind of kills the mystique.
Internet ruins everything.

Yes, but children tend to lie about their age to gain access to certain social sites.

Megan Fox suggests that the Transformers films aren't about acting. Micheal Bay is not a fan of this, and he responds. They're both right and wrong, but I appreciate that Fox is real enough to say what she thinks, and I appreciate that Micheal Bay is honest enough to say that she's a 23 year old moron.

Yeah, but he also explains himself thusly:

Quote:
"Nic Cage wasn't a big actor when I cast him, nor was Ben Affleck. before I put him in Armageddon. Shia LaBeouf wasn't a big movie star before he did Transformers -- and then he exploded. Not to mention Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, from Bad Boys," he points out.
I don't think he's intentionally conflating "big" and "good," either. The guy probably genuinely doesn't know the difference.
To be fair he only insists that he has helped to build careers, and he has for everybody he named, including Megan Fox. The good comes from what they choose to do with the heat he gives them.

Hard to say. The source makes it sound like it's a continuation of his thought that he "100% disagrees" with Fox's comments, which were that the movies are not about acting.
You have to admit, without Shia the Transformers films would lack a serious amount of acting muscle.

Only someone who doesn't know the difference would be able to make the kinds of movies Bay makes.
I'm surprised Bay didn't claim he discovered Sean Connery.
Optimus Prime was hauling port-a-potties when Bay discovered him.

I'm not really in the Michael Bay movie-watching business anymore, so I'll have to take your word for it. But having seen his earlier stuff, I'm guessing that, while strong acting always helps any movie, Fox is basically right - it's not really the point in a movie about giant robots.
Fox is absolutely right. Bay will not allow her to knock his masterpiece in anyway.
Biting the hand that feeds is an awful idea for a girl who is only known for her role in two Micheal Bay movies.
Natalie Portman said pretty much the same thing about the prequels.

She's doing great right? Right?
Ignoring whatever Michael Bay or Megan Fox think they mean, I still have to give some amount of praise to LaBeof. Should any movie actually be about the acting? Big CG robots or no? And despite the fact that nobody on the movie gets much of anything to work with, I don't think you can ever say that Shia doesn't make you believe that these robots are there interacting with him. That's not the kind of acting that gets recognized, but it is a specific skill.

I actually love that slow-motion shot of LaBeof waving for the soldiers in slow-motion. I think it's in one of the trailers too.
But Portman had already made a strong debut before the prequels.

Fox... had some TV appearances.
Yeah, but Fox has better tits.
And she has Jennifer's Body coming up.
I didn't mention Jennifers Body because, well... I would be suprised of that's the project that kept her afloat.

Shia does really act his little heart out. He's standing out even better with Indy 4 and Transformers 2, where he's the only one who's actually interested.

I think Labeof just comes out as a guy who's just having fun while acting...no matter how far fetched or nonsensical the movie he's in is; to me, its like watching Brian Blessed (far better actor, of course) in "Flash Gordon"...the guy's completely aware of how ridiculous he looks and nonsensical the movie is, but he's enjoying every single second of playing a leather bound leader of hawkmen.
Labeof manages to actually not look like a complete manchild moron when he screams "I'll never give you this AllSpark!" to a giant robot.
And i'll get hated for this, but the "Coke hair gel" scene in KOCS cracks me up everytime.
Maybe I need to watch "Eagle Eye" or "Disturbia" to shatter this notion, though.
Whatever is wrong with Eagle Eye and Disturbia (both movies I didn't particularly care for), it's never LaBeof.

South park nailed it years ago on Imaginationland.

And THIS VERY THREAD!

Speaking of... no new pics on this page for me to gawk at? FAIL.
That's not news. She's said so in interviews before. She said that she saw LaBoeuf reciting his lines for a scene and basically told him: "What are you doing? Don't you know what kind of movie this is? Just be ready to run and scream on queue."
What are you doing being a professional young actor? Be more like me stupid!

LOL. He probably does think they are the same.

I don't know jack about Bay movies, because I refuse to see them. But WWTDD.com calls Bay a big liar:

Quote:
Bay gives 6 examples of his star making wizardry and all 6 are wrong. 2 of his unknowns had already won Academy Awards, 3 were the lead in their own TV shows, and Megan Fox was in “Bad Boys 2″, so apparently Bay is so good he can discover people twice. But even if he did, uh, it’s Megan God Damn Fox. It would be like LeBrons high school coach bragging because he noticed him during tryouts. Oh, so you noticed the 6’9” 12-year-old who just scored 50 points in a 4-minute scrimmage? What, is that unusual or something? I’m not an expert like you and Michael Bay.
She was a background actor in Bad Boys 2. No offense to background actors but it's extreamely unlikely Bay even remembers her being on the set of that film.
