This morning I went to the Edgewood Gamestop store (the one just south of Little Five Points) to buy a video game for my wife as part of her anniversary gift. While there I mentioned I was really hoping to find a Wii Fit, as she has expressed an interest in getting one. Nick, the guy running the shop, immediately grabbed the phone and made a call to the Chastain store off of Roswell Road. The store had one Wii Fit left, and they agreed to hold it for me.
I got up to the Chastain store and the guy running the shop (I think his name was Dustin) was happy to retrieve the Wii Fit for me. This despite the fact that I had called earlier to explain that I couldn't get up to Chastain as quickly as I'd like due to the gas shortage. They said that since it was a gift, they had no problem holding it for me.
Anyway, it's pretty rare I run into good customer service like that. If any of you guys are shopping for games, those two guys/stores are great.
