Talk about a picture being a thousand words.

Oh and I've mentioned this before. I actually once met the guy who played the Doctor at Recall. It was an odd moment.

Somewhere, there was once a "Hollow Man" joke ready for a pic like that.

Frakes' Total Recall 2 was going to be an adaptation of Minority Report.

Finally added this to my Dvd collection (and my growing Paul Verhoeven collection)

I'd also like mention Jerry Goldsmith's fantastic score for the flick. Because of this film, I'm always gonna imagine mars visually and musically the way it was portrayed in Total Recall.

The track The Mutant, should be played the day we set foot on the Red Planet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3MqlnWQNygw

Someone should really do a countdown of the greatest Michael Ironside deaths ever. The man may have more great death scenes than any other actor I can think of.

Watched for the first time in ten years or so and still enjoyed it a lot, especially Verhoeven's trademark satire and excellent pre-CGI effects work.

Speaking of "is it real or a dream?" question, I always assumed it was a dream, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, there are quite a few scenes in the film where Arnie is not present. If there was a possibility that it's a dream, wouldn't it be necessary for him to be in every scene?

So what's the over/under on when we'll hear about this film being remade?

Love this movie. I think that as ambigious as it was, it was ultimately decided it was all real. Though I love how it really makes you wonder
