Two Video Game News Reporters Needed

Just folks to cull all the great news out there into concise little article hits loaded with links and screenshots and stuff to complement our MCP column. This isn't a major committment, but I think we need to have a little more content. For example, the new HALO 3: Recon announcement. We should be all over it.

I think as recompense, Alex should receive a CHUD-funded PS3 so he can finally be truly useful around here and review some PS3 goodness.

Folks seem to think this was a slight. It isn't. WE NEED MORE STUFF! Alex's job #1 is Creature Corner here, then the MCP stuff. Now I want to beef it.

He didn't slight Alex. It's a big site. Is it so surprising it might need extra coverage?

Yeah. I never saw it as a slight against Alex. Dude kicks all sorts of ass with the screenings, the MCP and the CC stuff. He's like one of CHUD's true Renaissance Men.

Its clear that instead of saying the Editor of the column "hey, I want to add more content, do you know anyone or what do you want to do about it" Nick just ran to the boards and posted some request without Alex ever knowing (as seen by the "huh" post). I see that as a slight to the editor.

This is about the site. It needs more. Deal with it or don't, but I don't care if people draw conclusions that have nothing to do with reality.

Certain amount of missing the forest for the trees going on here.

Nick had exactly what he's asking for now in the form of Jon's great Random Setting column. If he'd thrown more than a bull's testicle behind it then, Jon might still be writing it now.

Alright guys, I appreciate the support, but like I said, it's cool. Definitely not against getting more people on board (and would be willing to help out whoever is chosen), was just surprised to first read about it in this thread.
