See Why You Should Let The Right One In

My apologies if there's another thread. (search for 'Let Right One In' and you get __.) But the buzz around here has been off the charts and I was obviously intrigued. That trailer (link in article) has me flat-out jonesing to see this.

Expect a US remake in about 2-3 years.

That's typical everything always passes up Cleveland.

You know, I had the opportunity to see Timecrimes last year, and wouldn't you know a blizzard hits. Fuck Cleveland.

CIFF is this week, and I think a bunch of the new hotness are playing, including this one tomorrow night. Instead, I'll be seeing The Killing Joke at the HoB, so it is not a total loss.

Holy shit, Devin wasn't lying. Amazing, amazing film. Never thought I'd see what amounts to a tender, coming of age tale... full of gore and horror.

How great was it? The theater fucked up while showing it, bad. They put the third reel instead of the second one. So we were wondering why certain characters seemed closer than they should be, and why some other things were going on. This went for about 10 minutes till there was a jarring back cut to the second reel. And then the footage we saw already played later on, and it all made sense.

And the movie was STILL awesome. Have to see it in a non fucked-up Pulp Fiction form, though.
