I hope some of the people from Australia are familiar with this one. I suppose an argument could be made that Hugo Weaving's performance in this film is what grabbed the attention of the Wachowski's when they were casting The Matrix, as most of Weaving's roles up to this point were little seen, and most not of this nature. Fine little film, which I probably would have filed under average had it not been for Weaving. Nice film to see if you have the chance.
