The Best Screams in Rock - Page 3

There's one Mudhoney song, I think it's "Sweet Little Thing Ain't Sweet No More" (like most people, it's been a while since I listened to Mudhoney), but in the middle the singer does this really long scream, and he has to stop in the middle to take a breath. I hadn't even noticed it until a friend pointed it out to me, but since then I laugh every time I hear it.

Speaking of Seattle, how about Vedder's scream in "Blood" off of the Vs. album? I thought his head was going to burst the first time I heard that song.

Case in point: Rob Zombie lets out what I used to think was a throat-shredding scream in "Grease Paint and Monkey Brains" but seems to be actually a whisper with tons of distortion. "The animals they wanna kill, anyone, anythaaaaaanggg!"

I just sort of skipped around this thread, but has anyone mentioned Daryl from Glassjaw or the kid from UnderOath?
