aka Celebrity Rehab 2

Brilliant.

Busey is so fucking nuts. This is the best show on TV right now.

This show also contains the wisdom of Steven Adler and a repeat visit from Jeff Conaway, right?

I should be watching this.

Jeff Conaway is back and looking more dead than ever.
Gee, I can't believe that another round of rehab for Jeff Conaway didn't take.

I won't ruin much for you but his girl fucked him up pretty bad and he got hooked again on drugs to kill the pain.

So is the Buse staying clean, or does he... hide em in the house?

Don't know yet. He couldn't understand that he was a patient the first episode.

He's not a patient. He's a participant.

Its a HIDER IN THE HOUSE reference JESUS!!!
And "I'm not a patient, I'm a participant" is a line Busey keeps repeating on the show. You should watch it Hans, it will give you enough sig material for the next five years.

The thing is with this show is it ends up being incredibly depressing. Last Season there were one or two moments where it seemed like the network got involved, but otherwise it was a pretty faithful look at rehab.

Busey has been of Coke for years but it's obvious he's on something else, and his story about snorting Coke off his Dog was great.

Did the show just start? When is it on?
Two episodes so far. New episodes air Thursday night, but they are rerun 10-15 times a week.

Busey:

"i'm on medical marijuana for my asthma"

"what exactly is an opiate? an upper? a downer?"

This is tv gold. The first season was great, this is even better.

Busey attacks the camera crew.

Busey tries to get the girls to be hypnotized to cure their addictions.

I can stop watching this. I've got a feeling Busey is going to go wild on something or someone before the season is over.

Gary Busey still doesn't think he's a patient.

He also thinks he was in the Navy seals.

Did they ever show it? Last night they kept flashing back to it and did some blur/wipe before he ever made contact.

It wasn't a major attack. Busey walks up to the guy and gives him a tiny shove and the guy goes "Back off Gary, I'm just trying to do my fucking job man." It was pretty funny.

Yeah, I'm totally addicted to this show. I love it when the "celebrities" give wisdom. It's unreal. And actually, I'd watch the show if it was entirely about Rodney King only. He fascinates me the most out of anyone in the house.
This thread was the only info I'd had on the show. So I tivo it, and as I watch each lower third, Busey aside, is either a revelation or a "and she's famous because...?" moment. But Rodney King - wow.
Gary Busey was indeed a Navy SEAL.

I'd pay good money to see Rodney King fight that cop.

Based on the descriptions in all your Busey posts, it seems like the producers are giving him carte blanche to score ratings.

Is half his face still melting off?
I agree about Rodney King. Everything involving him is utterly captivating.

Busey might be certified batshit crazy but I can't help but feel bad for the guy. I don't know if I would be any better with parts of my brain missing.

I was glad they ran everything in order tonight. I hadn't been consistent with watching but at least I'm caught up. Everybody's change in demeanor once Busey's brain damage was explained was really interesting, and his moment with Tawny (Julie?) at the end of last weeks episode was very sweet.

I'm really interested in everybody to one degree or another except for Jeff. I have no sympathy for the guy and I really don't want to deal with another season of him trying to go home over and over. It's stupid. He's obviously not serious about getting clean, and now we have to deal with his obnoxious girlfriend repeatedly as well? Ugh.

Yeah, he looks about 78.

I think there are assigned Busey camera men.
