If you have the show already, it's not worth buying again. I'm not really a fan of the commentaries, save the few done by Sorkin/Schlamme. There's one with Krause, Charles, Lloyd, and Robert Berlingier on the Tennessee Tech episode that's pretty much 20 minutes of dead air. There's a nice essay from Sorkin about how he created the show, and the documentary about it is good, although they really try and hammer the "oh, it was ahead of its time" idea home. Nothing about Sorkin fighting with Charles, although that's to be expected.
But it's still Sports Night, so if you haven't bought it yet and like the show, it's worth paying for.
(Warning, the following is extremely dorky/fan fiction-y: The bit where everybody talks about how they'd love to reunite for another couple seasons of the show, plus the item that ran a while back about Krause wanting to work with Sorkin on a "Sports Night with news" type show made me think I'd love to see a Krause/Sorkin team up where Casey McCall has become some kind of Olbermann type anchor.)
