David DeCoteau - truly the king of homoerotic zero-budget horror. When not directing under the pseudonym Victoria Sloan, he's Richard Chasen ("Dick Chasin'" get it?). Full Moon without DeCoteau would be like Corman without the Charles B. Griffith or Richard Matheson.
