Sounds good, but did you really think Rest Stop was fun?

Hell yeah, and I stand by that. Still haven't seen the sequel, though. Sublime was decent as well... and The Believers was alright for what it was.

Man, I wanted to dig that movie but I just couldn't. And I tried. But Sublime was ok and I still haven't seen The Believers yet.

Believers is more of an interesting concept than anything. Crazy religious death cult and all that. Should have watched it on the Jonestown anniversary, that would have been more fitting...

I'll check this out.

Yup. My kinda flick.

I'm really in the mood to watch it after that trailer.

This does look cool. It's like someone mixed "The Mist" with "The Thing" (2 of my favorite films), and added a dash of Brian Keene's "Terminal" novel (which was a great book). It could be a recipe for success.

I'm definitely intrigued, and can't wait to see it. Thanks, Alex!

Looks like it could be a worthwhile ride. I'll check it out.

So I finally managed to check out the movie. Not bad at all.

With a bigger budget, I'm pretty sure this would have turned out to be worse, and into an average typical monster movie, so the smaller budget works in favor of it. Carlos Bernard is into a full-on Tony Almeida mode, the FX aren't bad at all, but what I liked the most was the lack of exposure to not only the creature, but the backstory. Most movies would have had one of the character narrate what happened before, what they know about the creatures and so on, but beside a small video that barely shows an earlier hunt, and the background info that they're JPL employees, and that most of the team is dead, we know next to nothing.

It's easy to guess what's coming, but the movie is engaging enough to make it worth your time.
