Southwest Airlines thinks I'm Alan Rudolph.

I've been getting confirmation emails on Gmail from Southwest Airlines regarding a trip he and his wife Joyce will be taking from Seattle to Burbank on Wednesday. Hopefully he'll get this straightened out and it won't affect his flight.

On the plus side, it sounds like he's working again.
