The funny thing is I said this same thing to a friend of mine a couple of months ago based on the joke that "nobody who lives in L.A. is from L.A." about Nashville. Everyone in our social circle is a transplant: I'm from Kentucky, my wife is from Maryland and not one of our friends is a native.

I had heard about this. Funny, fifteen years ago people were moving to Oregon. Well, if it reduces traffic around here. I'm for it.

So, this is why I can't get from Vanderbilt to the real Downtown in less than 90 minutes.
