They look quite nice, actually. But kids like more colorful shit.

We got those for my daughter a while back. They are well made.

We were just looking for non-painted blocks (because of all the issues with paint on children's toys), and my wife stumbled upon those.

My daughter is only 15 months old, so she tends to stack the larger blocks she has (these are pretty small), so I imagine she'll start getting more use out of them as blocks in the near future (I say as blocks because now her primary use for them is putting them in buckets and boxes so she can shake them and have them make noise).
