Never would have thought of you as a grunge fan. But hey, I wasn't in my 20s in the early 90s.

Not so much, but it was the only 90's fashion statement I could think of.

Ratty was actually a massive Beastie Boys fan at the time.

But flannel in the summer. Man the smell must've been horrendous.

Still, damn you Gen Xers for foistering this onto us. Let me guess, everyone here had that drape haircut?

Did you in fact fight for your right to party? Especially when your mom threw out your best porno mag?

I was in the same boat, that why I asked, "the 90s had dress style?"

I was in collage at the time and I just never cut my hair the whole time, so it was down to me ass.

This isn't about flannel and such. This is all retro sports logo clothes worn by sweatpants strip-club gym-rat douchbags.

on the plus side, as all the people to go here to buy their Union and Stussy 'retro' gear, we can take a whole bunch of them out with one stick of dynamite. it's actually a good idea. then we can open a store that harkens back to the styles between 1994 and 1996.

I was grunge for about a year in the AZ heat, but the next year I moved on to punk. Not only was the look a little more 'me', but I could get away with wearing shorts and I could take the sleeves off my flannel. The mohawk is a good idea in the summer sun, too, by the way, because your head can breath, but the very top doesn't get too much direct sunlight.
