Okay seriously, was this place built on an Indian burial ground or something?!?!?

Fucking HELL.

As good a reason as any...I guess. Seriously, I'd hate to be an Asian student at Virginia Tech right now.

How do you decapitate someone in the middle of a Cafe?
With a kitchen knife.

Breezing through some new bits of info, it looks like he had a thing for her, and that shortly before the incident they were seen speaking to one another. One could perhaps assume that that's when he learned that the feeling wasn't exactly mutual. So he cut her head off with a kitchen knife. Not to be insensitive or trite, but this guy was clearly not getting laid at all.

"Virginia DETH!"

They're going to mothball this place like Camp Crystal Lake soon.
This happened on Wednesday at 7 PM. In public. Nobody thought to tackle or beat the shit out of the guy when he started cutting or the girl screamed?

I tell ya, I used to feel weird that my alma mater (Monmouth College/University) was where they shot Annie back in '82. Now, not so much.
My favorite part of the article is where the president of the University says this incident "stirred up bad memories" from the 07 killings.

YA THINK?!

Seriously, though: what's with these Chinese immigrant killers? Wasn't that guy who decapitated the dude on the bus in Canada Chinese too?

They filmed "Rounders" at my alma mater, Rutgers-Newark Law School. I always thought that was kind of cool. If you ever see the part where they're in the moot court room? I argued appellate advocacy and mock trial in that very room.

Not that it needs my approval but that's aces.

Weird. Turns out the victim already had a business degree from Memorial University in my town.

All this could have been avoided if only they hadn't rejected Ms. Summers' application.

My school's library was the exterior of Starfleet Academy. But we haven't had anyone murdered.

Yeah, but it's a prime target for bitter Romulans. A trade-off to ruminate on.

Wish I could say the same, but the school IS in Newark.

Interesting tidbit: Rutgers law School has 2 branches: the one in Newark I went to, and the other in . . . Camden [thunder and lightning] Why couldn't they put at least one of them in New Brunswick where the rest of the University is? Why, Lord, why?

To keep you on your toes, Iggy. To keep you on your toes.

My alma mater, Monmouth College (now Monmouth University), was forever enshrined in cinematic history thanks to Annie - Wilson Hall doubled as Warbucks' mansion. As for deaths, we had one frat pledge dig his own grave at the nearby beach during Hell Week, when it collapsed on top of him smothering him. No shootings , though.

At this point, I think Virginia Tech has sort of become the mecca of school slaughters. I bet that adventurous murderers all over the country are flocking there during holiday season
post #24 of 26
If they made "Sorrority Roy", I suppose a "Virginia Tech" movie is only a matter of time.

I wonder who'll play the plucky heroine?

I'm totally going there over Thanksgiving... you know, to murder some people.

I'm just going to assume that Frank Beamer's neck has something to do with all of this.
