I'm a little confused here. Apple now OWNS touch technology ? What's next ? Nokia patents pressing keys to dial numbers ?
I'm personally starting to grow concerned with how patent happy some companies are getting with all sorts of concepts and technologies. I know various people who cannot get projects off the ground because they require usage of various individual patents that have already been bought up by other companies.
Shouldn't there be some kind of method implemented to prevent hindrance of future potential technologies, ideas or products coming to light ? Especially with the current crisis ?
