I don't know, but it took me a few minutes to spot Danny Glover. He actually looks more lost than Dakota.

NAACP Image Awards gave best actor nods to Will Smith and Rosario Dawson for Seven Pounds. Were there no other movies with black actors made? And Dawson is like 1/5 black and associates herself as a Latino anyway.
NAACP nominees
They nominated Dakoa Fanning for best actress? Dev Patel too for supporting actor.

This awards show jumped the shark.

Weird, other than Casper the Friendly Fanning it was Glover who I noticed first in that photo. It's as if his face called to me like some sweet siren song.

I actually watched a little of this last night after stumbling across it while channel surfing, and Dakota was nominated for Best Actress. Now, I don't know the official rules, but I thought the show only nominated non-whites for those awards. I've seen this show a few times, and as far as I can remember, Dakota is the only white person who was nominated for an acing award. They give special humanitarian awards to folks like Bill Clinton and Al Gore who help minorities, but the acting stuff is for non-whites only, or so I thought.
