Didn't see a thread for this, so...
Woman suing Miley on behalf of all Asians in L.A. over a photo where she makes a goofy slant-eyed face.
Clearly this will be laughed out of court, but man...fuck your legal system where these sort of things even get started. Fuck it right in its stupid ass. How many times does Miley have to say "Me so solly" before her apology is accepted?

As a person of Asian descent, I wasn't offended at all by that picture.

I was a lot more offended by Rosie O'Donnell on the View.

I also don't think Miley should be sued since she didn't even take the picture, and there were a bunch of other people in the picture besides her including an asian dude impersonating a round eye. They're just singling her out because she has some money.

I propose a group of Asians get together and take a picture of themselves impersonating white people. My guess is that it'll have to involve an Olive Garden and John Grisham novels.

So how come the other people in the pic aren't getting sued? Not as offensive as Miley? Or just not as rich?
