I saw them last night, my throat is sore, my neck is stiff and I'm half deaf so it was great show. The setlist was the same, except no "Hearts Alive", which sucks; but I did get to meet Brann briefly at the bar while I was getting my shitty and cheap can of Genesee. I also thought the opening bands Intronaut and Kylesa were pretty great, especially Kylesa I dug them quite a bit (I mean they had a double extended drum solo, that is just cool).

Resurrecting this thread to state that not only did I just buy tickets to see Mastodon in November, THEY'RE PLAYING WITH DETHKLOK!!!! I'm so far beyond stoked I can't stand it......

Plus, the video for "Oblivion" just came out. It's pretty cool, it's got an apocalyptic landscape, cosmonauts and space butterflies.

Knew I'd read somewhere they didn't play Blood and Thunder live that much anymore.

They did in Fargo last night, and the crowd screamed so fucking loud. It was insane. Whole show was incredible.
