LittleBigPlanet! Yay!

Not sure about Rock Band on a portable but we'll see ... Great news though.
it's apparently very similar to 'frequency'.
And if it's like Frequency, bring that shit on! I honestly prefer those games to the GH and RB games. Don't get me wrong, I love the fuck out of RB but FreQ and Amplitude games are some of the best music games out there.

Yeah a portable Frequency sounds about the best goddamn thing in the world. I can't wait for more details on this.

What's the matter Alex, no love for the Hanna Montana themed PSP?

A PSP LBP was mentioned a while back. It's a great idea. Almost sorry I sold my PSP.
So glad I sold the system a few months ago. No way I'm buying it again, even though I would have kept it for basically all of these games.
It'd need a more ergonomic design to tempt me back, but i'd go there. That joystick nub has scarred me for life.

Big Petz fan, are you?

Don't be silly Riviello, he said basically.

I have heard Overlord's got a weak spot for Hannah Montana-themed games though.

Quoted for truth.

I have a weak spot for Patapon, and I don't care who knows.
Patapon 2 does look mighty tempting. I borrow my boss's PSP to play the must-have titles now though. It's worth the pain.

Jugpuncher, any screenshots floating around of Assassin's Creed for the PSP? On an unrelated note, why is it still impossible to find video of GTA: Chinatown Wars?

I'm sure Rockstar is just trying to make sure we aren't inundated with GTA stuff since Lost and Damned just came out, but there will be a trailer soon, I have on good authority. No Assassin's Creed shots yet... and I'll keep an eye out for digital Montana for you, too.

Much appreciated. For ALL of that.

Any word if LBP will integrate with the PS3 version in any way?
Holy shit, Amplitude (by way of Rock Band) for PSP. Yes. Since I still haven't gotten around to picking up the God of War game, this will be my first PSP purchase in over a year.
Bout time they announced some new (& cool) psp games outside of Resistance:R and Patapon 2.

Assassins Creed sounds interesting and LBP is a no brainer.

The biggest problem with the psp is how easy it is to hack and find every single game released on a torrent site. That stuff scares third party developers away.

Having said that, the joys of having a psp that can run nes, snes, genesis and GBA emulators is almost unlimited. Hyperbole alert.

I was hoping this too - perhaps it'll be patched in later to share unlockables or levels? At a price of course!

You should get on that, immediately. GOW on the PSP was impossibly good.

I basically bought the system just for that game, and it was worth it.
I worry about how well RB/Amplitude could control given there's only the two shoulder buttons. While it was certainly playable using the face buttons, there's a threshold in that game where it becomes the sole domain of the shoulders.

Only concern about what may very well be the ultimate siren's call to get me to finally throw down for a PSP.
I love my PSP. Yes, the button placement still sucks, but there are so, so many great games. Wipeouts, Crush, Patapon, the GTAs, Sid Meier's Pirates. And you can get them all for dirt cheap.
There's quite a few good ones on the system, that's for sure, and the Castlevania whore in me almost bought one just for Dracula X. Problem is, I just love my DS like Amy Winehouse loves blow, and I'm usually not on the go often enough to justify owning two portable systems.

But new Rock Band that plays like Amplitude? I'd play that instead of eating breakfast most days.

Good week to be a PSP owner.

There may be another God of War PSP game;

Fuck yeah!
Thats awesome! Hopefully they make the game a little longer than 5 hours and with more gigantic bosses like the first level Basilisk boss.

So. Angry. Well, time for me to pick up a PSP again.

Let's see how these rumours of PSP2 and 4000 work out first. They release a new one seemingly every month now.

Remember that nub! Don't let it get the better of you.
