Looking like they're going to uphold it. The argument was obviously that the majority can't take away rights from a minority. But the justices seem to be saying that since gay couples still have the same rights and privileges, the only thing not being afforded to them is the label of marriage, which is apparently not reason enough to "go against the will of the people".
