top notch voice work and definitely one of the best of these animated superhero movies I've seen in a long time.

Nathan Fillion is excellent. You should have focused more on the voice actors in your review.

I'll give Platt and Molina credit where credit's deserved. Everyone else was fucking average. They weren't horrible, but there's no reason to blow smoke up anyone's ass.

Rewatched this over the weekend and I have to reiterate how much I enjoyed this. It's perhaps a bit too short and almost too tightly paced. On the one hand, its great for kids (as mentioned in your review) but it's a testament to the underlying foundation of the story that there's plenty of room for some more nuance, better exploration of politics, sexual or othewise and character development. That said, I love the genre mix here and the brutality is suitably graphic, given how prone to violence the women of Themyscira are. The one-two punch of the LOTR-style pre-credit sequence, along with a fairly fun dogfight all ably directed by Lauren Montgomery does a really nice job of setting the schizo tone. So, yeah, I'd use this as a blueprint for any WW reboot, but that ain't happening.
