I was very excited to see the American Reunion movie. I saw American Pie just after college and remembered it was quite funny.
Jim, Michelle, Oz, Heather, Stifler reunite for their high school...
I can remember how earlier in the season, Yanks fans were in disarray and shock over how the team was performing; I'm never happy to see the Yanks do well but I AM happy for the Yanks fans that they got to see their team turn around and win when months ago things looked kinda grim for them.
Not a whole lot new said here, just feels good hearing more about this. I like how he points out how baseball can 'obscure' dominance unlike any other sport can.
I suppose Posnanski's pretty impartial for a guy who once wrote

The Red Sox win every year. And I suspect they will keep winning every year. And I suspect that it would be a whole lot of fun to be a Boston Red Sox fan.
Still, funny how he didn't write this article back when the Red Sox were winning one of their championships.

There's really nothing impartial about his article. The numbers are the same ones I posted earlier in this thread. Plus, he's a tortured Cleveland/KC fan...a nd he's right. It is fun being a Red Sox fan. We have a smart ownership group. I just thought the article brought up the interesting point of the hidden dominance.
