Earth day came a little early here...

The power in my building just went out, as my wife said her power at home just came back on after 2 hours of being out. Anyone else plunged into blackness (aside from Steve's heart)?

My building lost cable and internet because a tree fell on the lines and broke them. It was out most of last night. As of this morning we had no power (damn those trees!), but my roommate says it's back on.

My power and internet have been up and down all day. I walked the dog during one of the blackouts and there are quite a few trees down in my neighborhood, causing the problem(s).
