I realized from the 'Jam' and 'Cruise' portions of the title that it was a music..show of sorts that occured on a Cruise of some kind.

I was more asking...'What it was' from the perspective of someone who goes. I find that the notions of an experienced 'goer' to be much more inviting/interesting then reading a website designed to promote it.
