It's weird, though- Scrimm gets his name in front of Perlman despite being in the movie all of two minutes. Or does the "AND" signify a more important name? Stupid movie poster rules.

Usually having "And" or "With" is a contractual thing for the actor.

Hadn't heard about this one. Sounds like a nice black spin on THE DOCTOR AND THE DEVILS. And having Scrimm in there is a fantastic meta joke.

We don't get enough decent gravesploitation films nowadays.
