Is it art? Haha. Some of those images are unbelievable.

Use of the MILLER'S CROSSING music kinda threw me.

EDIT: In fact, it makes me weirdly suspicious of the footage. Why would the studio lovingly render new shit and then throw on a temp score? Red flag.

The 1up article briefly mentions that the video may be more than a year old, as there have been rumors of a Trico video floating around Sony internally for that long.

I hesitate to believe it's real since it looks absurdly gorgeous. The animations on that Gryphon thing are too good.

And yet, they're so good that I question why someone outside the development team would spend the time and money to manufacture it.

Few people have told me it was shown at GDC, and with the Burwell temp track.

Very charming. I have high hopes since Ico and SotC are two of my favorite last gen game.

So it's Sony's followup to Ico and Shadow of the Colossus?

Then Spoiler: The cat thing will be dead by the final cinematic. For art's sake!

Oh, man, I hope not. It's only 3 minutes long, and I know seeing that Gryphon thing get hurt would fucking destroy me.

But you will learn about life, love, and mortality. The griffin must die.

Heinrich Suso once said: "Suffering is the ancient law of love; there is not quest without pain; there is no lover who is not also a martyr."

The Griffin's gonna bite it. Or get turned into an evil colossus.
