Missing Daredevil Trade

I was looking to get issue 20-25 of DareDevil Vol.2 but it seems like it was never made into a trade. Dose anyone know why and if it will be comming out

They haven't been collected. For some reason, Marvel just hasn't felt the need to collect the Bob Gale issues.

I remember people thinking all of the courtroom stuff was boring, but most of those people had never read any Daredevil pre-relaunch. I hate to say this sort of thing but besides eBay, the only place you'll find these issues are torrent sites.
