If he wanted to be Riggs. that guy should have handcuffed himself and jumped along with him.

Last year here in Wuxi, Jiangsu province (right next to Shanghai) a guy jumped from the tallest building in the city (called the MoreSky360). This country has an enormous suicide rate, the world's highest for women if I'm not mistaken.
