It does have Bryan Hitch drawing it, and he draws a snappy Cap.

But yeah, this is a shock. I never expected Steve Rogers would come back ever. Bucky stayed dead, right!?!?!?!?!

I guess if they want to get the ball rolling on a Cap movie, they need Cap to be alive and well in the pages. Look for Bruce Wayne to reclaim the Batmantle before Nolans next entry, too.

There are some excellent superhero comics out there, but this issue was not one of them.
