Well we conquered the moon, so we have every right to blow it up. Plus, it sometimes gets in the way of our sunlight.

Blow Up The Moon?!? Where will...Moon Unit Zappa (Frank's Daughter) get her fave snack...Moon Pies from? How about Halloween, how will parents and children see at night? Will we all become like Vin Diesel in Pitch Black?Won't Blowing up the moon also affect The Sun? The only people that want this to happen are writers of Mysteries...It was a Dark and Stormy night, just like every night.

I love it. "Say, there's a good possibility there might be ice on the moon, which equates to water which can equate to founding a habitat on the moon. We should send up some drills, maybe a few robots, heck even a few people and investigate it."
"Sure, we could do that. Orrrr...we could blow it the fuck up! Who's with me?! USA! USA!"

It's like they're running out of ideas, so they fall back on the old, reliable, 'eh, just blow it up.'
