Well, I can't comment on Tati's decision to perhaps engage in illegal activity and would pay the price health wise. I will say that's really sad what's going on down there. It's probably what plays a very big role into the very high HIV rate. Not to mention, law enforcement is probably not really looking into the matter, compounded by the fact the reporting of such rapes aren't being made or aren't being followed upon.

Well i'm aware of the possibility and always make sure to take "precautions" but the truth of the matter is that the high rates mostly affect the poorer black communities, who are by far the majority in this country.
